Verizon Wireless will collect no-longer-used wireless phones and accessories to aid victims of domestic violence during the Houston Area Women’s Center’s 22nd Annual “Race Against Violence" 5K race. Verizon Wireless' HopeLine program recycles or refurbishes no-longer-used wireless phones (from any carrier) and donates the proceeds or products to domestic abuse organizations and shelters in the Houston area.
