FORMER PUBLIC OFFICIAL BACKS DAIELL FOR LIBERTARIAN NOMINATION FOR GOVERNOR
Gary Says Principles, Experience, Skills Prompted Endorsement

HOUSTON --
Jeff Daiell, a candidate for the 2010 Libertarian nomination for Governor of Texas, has been endorsed for that nomination by six-year veteran of the San Antonio River Authority Roger Gary.  Mr. Gary also served two terms as State Chair for the Libertarian Party of Texas.

"I have known Jeff for 30 years. I have found him always to be a very principled Libertarian.  In addition, he has considerable experience in campaigning for Governor and organizational skills. Those skills should be self-evident in the organization he has put together to seek the nomination. I am proud to endorse him in his quest for the nomination for Governor in 2010."

Bobbi Schwartz, Editorial Consultant for the campaign, stated, "Mr. Gary is proof that Libertarians can be elected to non-partisan office. The Jeff Daiell campaign will move the Libertarian Party of Texas to the next stage: winning partisan races."
