(Houston) - Jeff Daiell, a candidate for the 2010 Libertarian nomination for Governor of Texas, has appointed Bobbi Schwartz as an Editorial Consultant for his campaign.
Ms. Schwartz holds degrees in both English and International Relations from Florida International University. She has achieved fame for her work in the field of history as well as meteorology and how weather often affects economics and the course of history on both a local and an international level. The Wall Street Journal has labeled her hurricane-oriented Internet column a "voice worth listening to". In addition to her own freelance writing, Bobbi brings experience in both technical and marketing writing and has a passion for politics.
Her duties will include advising the campaign on written communications, including news releases and speeches.
Accepting the position, Ms. Schwartz said, 'I'm honored to help Jeff Daiell get the Libertarian message across in his campaign to become the next Governor of Texas. Jeff Daiell is a voice worth listening to in Texas politics today. There is an immediacy to Jeff's message that is compelling and timely! Jeff knows how government should work. His commitment to equality for all Texans is shown by the number of women among his top staff."
Daiell welcomed her to the campaign, noting "This is an individual of rare integrity, as well as skill. I am pleased that she will be part of this effort."
