AL GORE SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF NOBEL PRIZE

By Tony Elliott

With recent events such as the blizzards and record cold weather taking place not only in the U.S. but the world, the admittance by Phil Jones, a climate scientist, that the world has been in a cooling trend for over the past ten years, and no concrete scientific evidence, only computer generated models of future climate scenarios to prove it by, the time has come to strip Albert Arnold Gore of his Nobel Prize on the grounds that it was awarded to a man who knew nothing at all about anything remotely related to climate and weather and had his own financial gains in mind rather than the good of the world when he accepted it.  This man hasn't the slightest clue about the mechanics of climate, the variations it goes through from year to year, or viable physical proof of his warming theory.

Al Gore is a hypocrite to his own idealism when it comes to his lifestyle of using more energy resources than perhaps anyone in the world. If he were sincere about his own cause, this fact would not be an issue as he would see to it that he lived within the means of his own Global Warming Doctrine of saving as much energy as possible.

The Global Warming idealism has nothing to do with hard indisputable scientific facts, but rather a series of graphs and computer models showing data in accordance to the information which was given to them for a desired outcome. If anything Gore should be sued by every business entity affected by his flawed theory and brought up on charges of fraud and conspiracy for such lies.

With the prospect of making billions from investments in green energy, Al Gore and his so-called scientists and researchers, which amount to a group of business individuals with similar investment goals, continue to lie to the public in hopes that some form of legislation will be enacted to further their cause of acquiring billions of dollars from a duped public. They further hope other countries will follow; however, this prospect seems very unlikely as most industrialized nations want to expand their economy, rather than disassemble it.

Such GW legislation would have dire consequences for both citizens and businesses here in the U.S. as we are in the worst economic shape since the Great Depression. Anyone who has traveled various areas of the country can see the economic depression we are in the middle of and realize than any even small negative influence could have dire consequences for our economy.

We live in the United States of America, the greatest nation on the face of the world. We have all other countries looking to us for direction, for help in many ways, and military might to get them out of trouble when it becomes necessary. Yes, there are those countries who hate us and our way of life, but such nations really only wish theirs were as wonderful as ours. Thus, it is through a want to be like us really when they simply cannot be, and that breeds the hatred.

This country simply cannot afford any more taxes, higher utility bills, and overall cost of living rise associated with the false claims of Global Warming.

If anyone thinks this country could get along with a permanent unemployment rate of 45%, everything costing three times as much as it does now, lower wages and virtually no industry, you're out of your mind. We are barely able to keep the wolf from blowing the house down now as it is.

These individuals such as Al Gore and his band of investors have the devastation of the American way of life in mind and their own financial gains are top priority.

The Nobel Prize given to this man must be rescinded and given to someone who deserves it.

Look at the science
The entire argument from the left attempting to sell global warming has been, "Look at the science"! Now that we all KNOW the science was manipulated and is wrong - the left is saying "Ignore the science" Typical.

a Very Convenient Lie
Al Gore's very Convenient Lie has garnered him a Nobel Prize, an Oscar, and some restored standing in certain communities and schools of thought as well as millions upon millions of dollars.

He has helped to whip the naive and cowardly into such a frenzy that we are now on the precipice of going down a road via Cap & Trade and forced regulations from the Obama administration that will cripple our economy and throw the U.S. into third world status all based solely on faulty science and greed.

Not only should Gore's Nobel be revoked he should be tossed into prison for extortion.

Why do you people insist on following faulty science?
From a BBC Q&A with Phil Jones -

Q&A: Professor Phil Jones

… The BBC’s environment analyst Roger Harrabin put questions to Professor Jones, including several gathered from climate sceptics. The questions were put to Professor Jones with the co-operation of UEA’s press office.
A – Do you agree that according to the global temperature record used by the IPCC, the rates of global warming from 1860-1880, 1910-1940 and 1975-1998 were identical?

An initial point to make is that in the responses to these questions I’ve assumed that when you talk about the global temperature record, you mean the record that combines the estimates from land regions with those from the marine regions of the world. CRU produces the land component, with the Met Office Hadley Centre producing the marine component.

Temperature data for the period 1860-1880 are more uncertain, because of sparser coverage, than for later periods in the 20th Century. The 1860-1880 period is also only 21 years in length. As for the two periods 1910-40 and 1975-1998 the warming rates are not statistically significantly different (see numbers below).

[This indicates that the recent warming is not exceptional. Moreover, even if it had been “exceptional,” that would not prove it is due to greenhouse gas emissions?]

I have also included the trend over the period 1975 to 2009, which has a very similar trend to the period 1975-1998.

[The fact that the magnitude of the trend for 1975-2009 is smaller than the trend for 1975-98 indicates that there has been no warming OR A DECLINE IN THE RATE OF WARMING from 1998-2009, which is not necessarily the same as saying there has been cooling during this period. HOWEVER, SEE KERR (2009), WHICH INDICATES NO WARMING FROM 1999-2008. Regardless, this is at odds with the IPCC’s model-based claim that were emissions frozen at 2000 levels then we would see a global temperature increase of 0.2°C per decade. This, in turn, suggests that the IPCC models have overestimated the climate sensitivity for greenhouse gases, underestimated natural variability, or both. This also suggests that there is a systematic upward bias in the impacts estimates based on these models. See here.]

So, in answer to the question, the warming rates for all 4 periods are similar and not statistically significantly different from each other. [This indicates that the recent warming is not exceptional. Moreover, even if it had been “exceptional,” that would not prove it is due to greenhouse gas emissions?]

I HAVE A DREAM...
(Photo here of Gore in cuffs doing the perp walk)
An embittered former Senator and Vice President Al Gore is seen here en-route back to prison after a federal appeals court refused to review his 20 year sentence for his lead role as spokesman in the “Climategate” fraud conspiracy.
The same court recently rejected the appeals of the lengthy sentences of the 137 alleged UN “scientists” – Gore’s co-conspirators – for falsifying data supporting so-called Cap and Trade legislation that trial testimony disclosed would have virtually destroyed what remained of the U.S. economy while unjustly enriching Gore and a cabal of insiders.
During his trial, Gore was notified by the Nobel Committee that he would have to return the large monetary prize and the gold metal awarded him in 2009. He told reporters that the last of his prize money had gone to the lawyers and Tipper pawned his medal when she left him for an achondroplastic dwarf NBA center and filed for divorce after his conviction.

Phil Jones
by the way, Dr. Phil Jones never "admitted" that the world has been a cooling trend for the past ten years.

You simply made that up.

regional tempertures
the warm weather in Western Canada almost ruined the Winter Olympics this year. By your Tony Elliot's reasoning, that is evidence of global warming, right?
