My heart aches every time I read about a child in America who is suffering long term diseases, often dying without mush needed care and /or the rest of the family who owe more than they can pay for the medical care that was so vitally needed.

I cried and prayed over every update on a sick little girl that eventually died. Her families agony will live on, in more ways than one.

My heart goes out to the sick and the dying, those who need emergency and/or on going medical care. For dear friends who need to sell their home, or rent it out, and down grade because of the cost of treatment.

I couldn't face any of the many people I visit who are sick or dying if I knew I begrudged paying a medical tax so they can be more comfortable in their final days or have the medication they need. I couldn't take the pain they suffer.

Please, pray for these people. They have rights too.

I don't normal say anything about American politics because I don't know enough about it, but I do care for people.

I think we need to pray for God's will in this whole situation and put away our differences with who is in power and who's not.

We have been through this here in Australia and only God can intervene. Although we dislike much of the medicare system, EVERYONE and ANYONE has medical care, surgery and medication when they need it. No cost emergency is a blessing to every Australian. Unemployed, homeless and dying, they also have a right to medical help too...and they have it and in most cases completely free of charge. Yes, there are those who take advantage of the system, but they're usually discovered and dealt with. I pay my medical taxes knowing I have allowed treatment to a child with cancer, an elderly man who could lose his leg or an accident victim who needs their jaw and teeth repaired, or weeks in hospital to restore their smashed bodies.

I leave it with you and a prayer.

Father, we pray for the homeless, the vulnerable, sick and dying and all those that need surgery and treatment, that your will be done in this national situation that just may save the live of a young baby from cancer or a man from terminal pain. Whatever health issues are out there, and whoever they are, that the right medical system for America will be found. Be with those who vote, for the choices made, that they are from God the Father and not for the purpose of greed. Amen
