TUNA SALAD

I like to make a big batch of this and have it for lunch during the week, or as a snack with crackers.

Ingredients:

4 cans tuna in water, drained

3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 onion, chopped fine

2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. mustard

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill and hour prior to serving.
