
This tasty dip is a perfect accompaniment with a fresh fruit tray.
Ingredients:
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain the juice)
1 small package instant coconut pudding
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds. Refrigerate several hours or overnight and serve with fresh fruit!
