There are a lot of different variations to this Mexican dip, but some things are just better simpler. The trick: use very ripe avocados.
Ingredients:
4-5 avocados
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 lemon
Directions:
Peel avocados and remove pit. Mash avocados to desired consistency. Add onions and squirt of lemon juice to taste. That's it!
