OBAMA & THE RICO ACT!
ABOUT THE AUTHOR

The RICO Act is defined as “Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations”. Most commonly, RICO is used in organized crime, such as the mafia, biker gangs and other groups of notorious felons. However, it is also most appropriate in the case of B. Hussein Obama. His actions have been that of a man involved in interstate crime.

B. Hussein Obama has violated 20 U.S.C. § 3403. (Pub.L. 96-88, Title I, § 103, Oct. 17, 1979, 93 Stat. 670) United States Code Title 20. Education Chapter 48. Department of Education Subchapter I. General Provisions § 3403 by giving lesson plans and materials to schools throughout America.

Obama’s actions of taking money from the hands of GM shareholders and giving it to the UAW through the justice system in America is extortion and money laundering. Obama owes the unions after their support during the election. The firing of a CEO of a publicly held company by the president of the United States of America, combined with his funding of the unions, via the judicial system in America, is criminal.

Now, lets go down the rabbit hole and take a closer look at Barack Hussein Obama. In 1961 Hawaii had a huge influx of illegal alien Asians. They were costing the state a fortune, but the onset of public programs, such as welfare and publicly funded healthcare, turned all that around. Money from the feds took away the deficit in Hawaii and turned it into a positive. The state of Hawaii was handing out birth certificates like mad, to help cover their expenses. When this occurred, no one expected B. Hussein Obama to become president and his citizenship to become an issue. Barry Obama Soetero took his show on the road and went to Occidental College. Barry Obama Soetero has spent millions of dollars avoiding the release of his financial aid application at Occidental College. Why? Because in it he declared himself to be a foreign student, eligible for foreign aid programs. He changes his name to Barack Hussein Obama, as it ‘sounds more intelligent’; is it that, or does it sound more foreign? Now, while Occidental College was helping Obama scam the feds out of financial aid money, and Occidental College was benefiting from this, no one expected Obama to become president. Barack Hussein Obama admits to traveling to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport, at a time when Americans could not travel to Pakistan. Big deal you say? Well, actually yes. Obama is one of two things, a criminal or not American (and a criminal).

If he put down that he was a foreign student getting foreign aid at Occidental College, he is either a fraud and committed theft or he is not American.

If he put down at Columbia University that he was a foreign student and received financial aid, he is either a fraud who committed theft or he is not American.

His travel to Pakistan, on an Indonesian passport indicates he either committed fraud to travel to a nation Americans were forbidden to travel to, or he is not American.

This is a case the Justice Department must take up. There are financial aid records, in the federal archives, showing that B. Hussein Obama went to school as a foreign student receiving financial aid. If those records are gone, then the investigation needs to be broadened. The GOP minority in Congress has an obligation to task a federal prosecutor with investigating this. We know that B. Hussein Obama is either a fraud and thief, or he is not an American citizen, making him a fraud and thief. These actions, are either fraud, theft and treason, or fraud, theft and treason. No wonder he has spent so much money hiding this stuff. Demand that the Department of Justice and Congress investigate this.

You're the only person I have found online who is alleging that it was a violation of Pakistani laws or regulations.

I can find no evidence whatever that Pakistani laws or regulations at the time prohibited Americans from traveling to Pakistan, so (this being your allegation), please tell us what Pakistani law or regulation was violated.

If none, then you're kinda blowing smoke, aren't you?

Does that mean that you were right, or that you were wrong, when you said that it was illegal for Obama to travel to Pakistan in 1981?

Come on, Mr. Turner. It won't make you less of a man if you admit you were wrong. Trying so obviously to change the subject won't help.

If you spent as much time working as you do messing with me you would make a very good capitalist. Why don't you fact check Dear Leaders speech last night. He lied his posterior off and even the state run media is reporting it. The sad thing is you have all this time to worry about what it is I do and you cannot be bothered with the truth. The government is taking over. Both parties are guilty. You refuse to accept it. You are willing to surrender your liberty for the right to be told what to do by the government. Silly man. Stand up, grow up, and be responsible for yourself. I do not need the government to take care of me.

Ah, Mr. Turner, Mr. Turner, you make it too easy for me!

Here is a copy of the actual US State Department travel advisory for Pakistan in question:

http://dosfan.lib.uic.edu/ERC/travel/cis/southasia/TA_Pakistan1981.pdf

You will note that it does not forbid Americans to travel to Pakistan.

Let me guess. You believed what a right-wing blog told you, without checking whether it was true. Well, there's a surprise.

President Bush Senior did this and you filthy demorats went ape. You held senate hearings, you called for his head. The worst part is the part the state run media will not cover, Nickelodeons involvement in giving obama's pet project free run, including the childrens bill of rights, which is a pre-cursor to FDR's second bill of rights coming back from the dead.

Your argument is so full of holes and liberal talking points, it isn't even worth addressing. American travel to Pakistan at that time was forbidden, just because you say otherwise does not make it so.

Put the bong down and go back to left field with the other hippies.

Heh.
Good try, Mr. Turner, but factually wrong in six ways.

First, General Provisions section 3403 does not prohibit any action taken by Obama regarding his school address. You read it incorrectly as prohibiting any provision of curriculum to schools, whether voluntary or mandatory, by the Secretary of State for Education, and by extension by the President. It does not.

It says that "No provision of a program administered by the Secretary ... shall be construed to authorize the Secretary ... to exercise any direction, supervision, or control over the curriculum ... of any educational institution, school or school system ... or over the selection or content of library resources, textbooks or other instructional materials ... except to the extent authorized by law."

So, the Secretary cannot set up a federal program that authorizes him to direct, supervise or control the curriculum or instructional materials in any school. Nothing was required here: the materials were sent to schools, and school participation was entirely voluntary. So: Nno violation.

You may feel as a personal opinion that the arrangement between GM, the federal government, the bondholders and the unions was "money laundering and extortion", but the fact remains that, according to cases I cite in prior threads, the federal government has exercised broad and similar authority in this area before, and its actions therein have not been overturned by the courts. If you have cases to back up your private feelings, cite them.

Third, on the issue of Obama's birth, you have still completely failed to explain what would motivate a heavily pregnant American teenager would leave the United States and fly many thousands of miles to a Third World country then experiencing a bloody anti-colonial insurgency to give birth, meanwhile arranging for false announcements of the birth to be listed in the Honolulu papers. That is such an profoundly irrational and unlikely act that you need at least some theory of why Ann Dunham would have done such a thing.

Fourth, it is entirely possible to be a dual citizen of Indonesia and the United States. To travel on an Indonesian passport proves nothing about whether he was a US citizen. My own daughters have dual US-British citizenship, and they are entirely free to travel on either passport at any time.

Fifth, it was not "illegal" to travel to Pakistan at the time. It was not encouraged by the State Department, because of instability there, but that is not the same thing at all. I have often traveled to countries that the State Department has warnings about, without doing anything illegal. Can you think of one country right now to which the American government forbids Americans to travel?

It may have been strategically wiser and safer to choose to travel on his Indonesian passport, because it would raise fewer questions at immigration than an American passport would; just as nowadays, dual US-Israeli citizens choose to use their US passports when traveling to the many countries in the world that are hostile to Israel.

As for what he did or didn't put down on his college applications, this is pure speculation. Get back to us when you have actual evidence that he enrolled as a foreign student, as opposed to assumptions based only on the poorly thought out idea that he was born outside the United States.

Is this really all you've got?
