Liberals (ie: Democrats) are either mentally ill, ignorant or liars (or all three). It used to be this was just conjecture, but now there are facts to support that statement. The conservatives who are reading this are all nodding their heads in agreement and the liberals are wishing they were conservatives, so they could get their guns and become self-righteous and indignant. Sorry liberals, reality is what it is. Get a helmet.
Rasmussen demonstrates that liberals and conservatives see the economy drastically different. June of 2008 the Consumer Index was 71.9%, in June of 2009 it is 72%. No real difference, until you look at the numbers a little closer. Among Democrats, the Rasmussen Consumer Index jumped from 53.7 a year ago to 79.5 in 2009.
Among Republicans, confidence was at 99.4 a year ago and it’s fallen to 68.6 today. By a 58% to 20% margin, Republicans say the economy is getting worse. Among independents By a 58% to 20% margin, 54% say the economy is getting worse while 22% say it is getting better.
Democrats still continue to argue that the economy is better today, so lets look at some numbers, or as sane people like to call them, the facts. The US economy lost more than 2.5 million jobs in the first four months of the administration of B. Hussein Obama. The unemployment rate went to 9.5%, the highest in 26 years. This means that America is losing 16,000 jobs a day since Obama rammed through his non-stimulating stimulus bill.
While democrats where either lying about the economy, refusing to believe the truth, or are too crazy to see what is happening, B. Hussein Obama is going to more than quadruple the budget in America by the end of his first year in office. And, due to the massive unemployment, job losses and poor economy, the Gross Domestic Product, or GDP for the US has fallen into negatives numbers, indicating the economy is shrinking, not expanding under the Obama administration.
Vice President Biden admits that the Obama administration got it wrong and have no idea how bad the economy was or will be. He also admits there may need to be another redistribution of wealth, under the auspices of a stimulus package. It appears that the first redistribution of wealth plan led to what most economists predicted, that the money taken would end up back in the hands of those who took it.
So, when you look at the numbers, higher unemployment, negative GDP growth, a quadrupling of the deficit and an admission by Biden, that the administration does not know what it is doing economically, combined with the fact that liberals still believe the economy is better than it was a year ago, one can only determine that liberals are crazy, dumb or liars. My vote is all three. I have listened to the insanity of their pleadings and name calling, not at all based in fact (crazy). I have been on the receiving end of liberal insults and derogatory comments for publishing a factual article (dumb, too dumb to site facts), and I have been privy to liberals using a “study” to support what they say, and when asked about the study, they cannot name it or produce it (liars). It would appear Michael Savage is right, liberalism is a mental disorder.
