DEAR SENATORS, CONGRESSMEN, AND REPRESENTATIVES OF ALL 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

I am ashamed to see so many American politicians supporting an unconstitutional bill on health care reform. The government has no place in running the health care industry or forcing/mandating health care upon American citizens. This is an unjust action and form of socialism. The Health Care Bill 3200 is an infringement on our rights and liberties. In all of history a program like this has not been successful and has in fact, increased the debt of that state or nation. Lawmakers are employed by the people and for the people, not for yourselves and your own interest. To add the KENNEDY HEALTH CARE BILL is shameful and placing yourselves above the citizenry, which is again, unconstitutional.

Per the Constitution of the United States 1787SEP17:

"The government body was created to insure domestic Tranquility" (we are domestically not tranquill at this time due to the acts of this administration and Lawmakers), "PROMOTE the general welfare" (not PROVIDE it or RUN it), "and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity," (Liberty is freedom, freedom from Despotism and restrictive controls. When we are forced and mandated to buy specific health care plans and taxes and fines are forced upon us, where is our Liberty? When the government has full and total access to our private bank accounts where is our Liberty?)

Per the Declaration of Independence 1776JUL4:",that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Prinicples, and organzing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness".

"But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government and to provide new Guards for their future Security".

"HE has refused to Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good".

"HE has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harrass our People,and eat out their Substance."

This sounds frighteningly famliar. The people are angry and will not stand for a corrupt, gangster run government. The people are waking up and YOU will be FIRED for not supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States of America. We will vote you out or remove you and reclaim our Republic.
