WHY BRITNEY, MILEY, AND THE JONAS BROTHERS CAN’T SAVE OUR TEENS

Pre-teens and teens are very impressionable. It's a time in which hundreds of hours are spent listening to their favorite music artists on their IPODS, playing video games, text messaging and chatting with friends on cell phones - all of which studies have shown may impede the development of positive human relation skills. On top of this, more and more children are being affected by divorce these days, leaving them with a parental void that is very difficult for one adult to fill. .

Bruno Grigoletti, the author of the new mystery thriller geared towards pre and young teens, The Soul Patrol, knows that parents have to take a more active role in raising their children. He is the father of two pre-teen daughters and is a strong advocate for positive parental and culture influences on youth.

Grigoletti believes that parents have abdicated the power of their influence on their children’s lives to ‘cult heroes’ and music artists. He has launched a creative way for parents to teach their children positive life lessons through his mystery book series and popular speaking engagements.

Bruno Grigoletti has been writing short stories and poetry for most of his life. His passion for writing first became evident when he received honors at a young writers workshop at Lafayette College in Pennsylvania while still attending high school. He has contributed to several different periodicals over the years and continues to enjoy sharing his imagination with his friends and family through various creative outlets. Bruno and his wife Claudia are raising their two "tween" age daughters. They live in northern New Jersey and are always busy transporting their kids from one social event to another. The Soul Patrol is Bruno’s first full length novel and he is currently working on the second book in this series called “Five Against One” which should be released by the summer of next year.

The Soul Patrol can be purchased through all major online book retailers.
