God bless our soldiers who chose to stand

I heard Joel Osteen say that when you simply tell someone what God has done for you in any situation, that you are glorifying and worshiping Him. Therefore, I wrote the ways that I felt we could worship Him in real worship
They salute and carry the flag with pride
They stand firm in backing our soldiers
They honor those who have died
When you meet Jesus at the cross, A new life will arise from its place of leaving all sin and walking away with Jesus. It is a wonderful life well worth the acceptance.
It was what I was driven for.
It seemed it was forever in coming
I was obsessed with being a movie star.
How long after we leave worship
Do we forget to remember the
word we heard?
How long does it take to fall into our pattern
After mulling over what came from God’s Word?
For Valentine's Day today
My Heavenly Father gave to me
A whole new day to live
And eyes with which to see
Fighting to keep America on the right road
Seeing many a sunset and a waving flag
The coming darkness causing spirit to sag
Wondering what would come at dawn's early light
Hoping the flag would be their first sight
The enemy loves to prey on fear in the dark
Wondering if at daybreak they will still embark
On our mission to make sure Old Glory still waves
Over our country and not just over graves
Just look at the flags flying all around
They are reminders of life already gone
But, the waving flags are their voices cheering us on
for being an American son
not so much for where I went
for what little I have done
In everything we face, we can see how God uses it to help us to help others.
If we accomplish what He wants in our sharing
with others, we will see an abundant harvest grown with God's
care.
Sometimes we make things hard on ourselves because we don't listen to the voice of God. The world gets so loud and pushes our emotional buttons to the point that God can't get our attention. We have to open up and be listening to Him.
Do you have a clue what real love is?
The kind that humans live to find.
Do you really know what it means
To love with your body, soul and mind?
The world is loud and boisterous when it wants to applaud something or someone. The noise can be deafening. But, they want us to whisper about Christ and salvation. What appears wrong in this situation. We should be shouting from the roof tops the message of Christ and Salvation.
