Gaga is what my son calls my mother, his grandmother, and her sweet potatoes are the big crowd pleaser. We'd be better off forgetting the turkey on Thanksgiving than to show up without these sweet delights.
Ingredients:
3 large sweet onions, chopped
1/2 cup butter, divided in half
2 eggs
3/4 cup Half and Half
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
Salt and pepper to taste
