Ingredients:

9 oz. refrigerated cheese filled tortellini
15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
11 oz can corn with red and green peppers, drained
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup chopped cilantro, if desired

Ingredients:

1 pint strawberries - cleaned, hulled and sliced 1 pound seedless grapes, halved 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced 3 bananas, sliced 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling

4 cups broccoli florets, chopped

5 slices cooked crisp bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1/4 cup golden raisins

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sugar

I like to make a big batch of this and have it for lunch during the week, or as a snack with crackers.

Ingredients:

3 large avocados

2 1/2 lbs. lump crab meat

1/2 cup celery, chopped fine

1/4 cup lemon juice

4 tbsp. olive oil

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

3 tbsp. green onions, chopped fine

salt and pepper to taste

A great side salad to serve with barbeque, hamburgers, hot dogs or sandwiches.

My mom used to make this when we were growing up.  It's a great way to get kids to eat a salad.

This is a great meal - a really great summer salad.;  serve it with some crusty bread and you are good to go!

Ingredients:

1 small package raspberry gelatin

1 small package cherry gelatin

12 oz. jar cherries

1 large can crushed pineapple

1 cup chopped pecans

1 8 oz. package cream cheese (frozen)

12 oz. Coca Cola (partially frozen)

This versatile salad is great on a sandwich, on a cracker or served over a bed of lettuce.
