I even bake a bunch of these and freeze them individually in plastic wrap or foil and slip them in the kids' lunch bags right out of the freezer. Sneaks those veggies into an easy and yummy treat.

Ingredients:

2 large cans pineapple chunks

3/4 cup sugar

3 tbsp. flour

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 stick butter

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled

This dessert gets it's silly name because you basically "dump" all the ingredients in the cake pan together.  Very easy and very yummy!
