Ingredients:

1 pkg. Wacky Mac veggie noodles (prepare as directed)
2 jars Ragu Garlic Onion flavor (or whatever you like)
1 cup of non-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup of colby/jack shredded cheese
2 cups of mozzarella shredded cheese (divided)
Garlic powder to taste
1 T of dried basil

2 tablespoons olive oil 6 small red potatoes, sliced 1 cup torn fresh spinach 2 tablespoons sliced green onions 1 teaspoon crushed garlic salt and pepper to taste 6 eggs 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 lb. ground beef

3 cans green chiles

16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

3 eggs

1 onion, chopped

1 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. cumin

1 tbsp. minced garlic

1 tbsp. milk

salt and pepper to taste

This resembles a Mexican lasagna because of the layers of cheesy meat sauce and flour tortillas, and is oh so tasty!

1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chiles

1 can cream of chicken soup

10 corn tortillas

2 cups shredded monterey jack/cheddar cheese combination
