I really hate those day that are so rushed that you are already set in motion before you realize time with Jesus should come first. Then you try to compensate and pray on the way to work at the same time watching traffic, animals, and yourself changing lanes trying to reach your goal. God must really be impressed with my multi tasking.

We Have so Much to Give Away

Give away and share what God has done. He keeps us standing so we can help others to stand. He gives us grace to show us how to give it to others. He gives us wisdom to teach others how to receive from Him. He gives us understanding to know when to understand our need to help others.

A CURE FOR THE BLUES OR BLAHS

TIME FOR CHANGES

When life is filled with things that relate to you only and there is not any time for others, changes are due. I know that the economy is causing a very stressful time for people and so many are working more than one job to survive. I have one job and it is consuming my time from 6am in the morning to returning home around 5:45 pm in the evening.

EVER BEEN IN A WAR ZONE?

There are times when so many things are going on that you can't seem to deal with them all. Seems like more people are wanting your attention than you can get around to giving. If it is not at home with a mate, or children, or grandchildren, or co-workers or friends in trouble then strangers will start reaching out for you. There's not enough of you to go around.

If we could all see ourselves as others see us when we are brooding over problems or pouting over things not going our way, it could possible change us forever. We are not pretty even in God's eyes when we have attitude problems.

GOD IS IN CONTROL OF ALL OF MY DAYS

It's a good thing that I dont have to deal with every day all by myself. God knows we can't do it and He is more than willing to take charge.

This past week has been full of emotional issues. But, there has been some great ones also. We have had some great news even though it seems that we were hit with some not so good also. We have friends that are struggling. It is really worse situations than I am facing right now.

Our pastor was talking about the worries of today and tomorrow. Health. Money. Relationships. Marriages. Children. It was like he meant that everybody had to be dealing with one. I am dealing with them all.

But, God is working in them all, too.

A lot of storms are going on.

This week has been overwhelming in news that I had rather not hear. I have friends, a husband and wife, suffering from cancer. The man had an eye removed to get rid of a tumor and the wife is suffering horribly from lung cancer and multiple complications.

This world is a mess. Our new president has already started messing with the laws on abortion. He wants our troops home and safe but he is destroying the safety of our most vunerable. Our babies. I wonder how we will make it with a leader that is so into murder that he starts with the ones that can't fight back.

Changes keep us growing. We would really get bored if we never faced any. How we react to change is a great character builder. God may choose to lead us into change to help us grow in faith, rest in His peace, and choose to be like Him. Unafraid and sure of His love.

JEREMIAH 29:11

At one of the worst times in my life, I was sent a card from a friend that I still have until this day. It had the scripture from Jeremiah 29:11 in it, written by her, and twenty dollars. God was so awesome to me sending peace and comfort in a flood at that moment.

EMOTIONAL OUTBREAKS

Do you know what it's like to have an "emotional explosion"? Emotions are flying in every direction. You say things you really don't mean. You do things you ordinarily would never do. You have to repent a lot.
