Is God's divine Hand
Guiding in every circumstance,
Moulding and making
God's beloved child
Into the image
Of His mind.
Adversity
Serves only as a means
Of giving us many wonderful things,
Priceless spiritual blessings,
To bring us joy
In the midst of sorrow.
Adversity,
Though a dreaded word,
Often deeply feared,
Is our blessed guiding star
Into the glorious haven
Of God's paradise.
