Purchased with the priceless blood of Christ,
Shed for you and me on Calvary,
Where our Lord Supreme hung and died,
For love alone - of the highest kind.
The beauty of Christ,
On the Christian's face shines,
With a disarming smile,
Amidst sorrow.
Tossed and turned,
In the fire of affliction,
Only to emerge,
A solid rock.
Firm in the faith,
Strong in the Lord,
Untainted and free,
A true Christian.
A rose among thistles,
A pearl among pebbles,
A glorious diadem,
In this world of woe.
Put here for a purpose,
In this world of sin and bitterness,
To portray the Living Christ,
And to be for Him a witness.
Arise, O youth of today,
And give your heart to the Lord,
Who so selflessly died for Thee,
On the cross of Calvary.
Arise and let us sing,
For Christ our Lord and King,
Our one and only Light,
And the true object of our sight.
To God our vision we trace,
To Christ we address our praise,
To heaven and all the heavenly hosts,
Our joyous anthems we raise.
